The Essence of Yoga
This in-depth studies invites you to explore, expand and deepen your personal practice and knowledge of yoga path, and to develop teaching skills.
The training will take place in South India -Tamil Nadu, the source of ancient and modern yoga practices, where teachers like Krishna Macharya, Pattabihi Jois & B.K.S. Iyengar have started their journey.
In this 200-hour yoga teacher training, we will cover fundamental and safe yoga practice, learn the yoga philosophy in depth, practice meditation technique, practice pranayama, and learn to teach yoga safely.
Upon successful completion of the course, the trainees will receive a 200 hours certificate from the international yoga organisation - Yoga Alliance.

Daily Schedule - Mon to Sat
7:30-9:30 Meditation and Asana Practice
9:30 - 11:00 Breakfast and morning break
11:00-13:00 Exploration of asana and yoga techniques
13:00-16:00 Break
16:00-18:00 Lecture on yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology etc.
18:30 Dinner
