7:00-9:30 Morning Practice -  Asana and Meditation Practice

9:30 - 11:00 Breakfast and morning break

11:00-13:00 Morning Session - Exploration of asana and yoga techniques

13:00-15:00 Lunch Break

15:00-16:00 Self study

16:30-18:30  Afternoon session - yoga philosophy or anatomy or teaching methodology etc.

18:30 Dinner
