200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This in-depth studies invites you to explore, expand and deepen your personal practice and knowledge of yoga path, and to develop teaching skills.
The training will take place in South India -Tamil Nadu, the source of ancient and modern yoga practices.
In this 200-hour yoga teacher training, we will cover fundamental and safe yoga practice, learn the yoga philosophy in depth, practice meditation technique, practice pranayama, and learn to teach yoga safely.
The program is designed to support you in finding your own path as a student and from there, as a teacher.
Upon successful completion of the course, the trainees will receive a 200 hours certificate from the international yoga organisation - Yoga Alliance.

7:00-9:30 Morning Practice - Asana and Meditation Practice
9:30 - 11:00 Breakfast and morning break
11:00-13:30 Morning Session - Exploration of asana and yoga techniques
13:30-15:00 Lunch Break
15:00-16:00 Self study
16:30-19:00 Afternoon session - yoga philosophy or anatomy or teaching methodology etc.
18:30 Dinner
Sunday - half day free
Terms and Fees
Early Bird fee - until 17.4.25 - 3200$
Regular fee - 3400$
To secure your spot, a 300$ deposit is required and will count toward the total fee.
