In this training, participates will be able to gain tools for a deep Yin practice, and to be able to lead a yin yoga class.
We will experience a blend of Yin theory with invigorating Yang morning sessions, sound healing, individual exploration, and group dynamics, creating a space for healing, growth, connection, and transformation. A unique approach to Yin Yoga designed to support nervous system regulation and restore holistic balance.

Become an accredited yoga teacher and get:
- 60 Hours of Training - This course constitutes 60 hours YACEP Certificate (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Program) which can be registered with Yoga Alliance.

Trini centre - Dune Eco Village
This training will take place at Trini Center in the Dune Eco Village which is 20 minutes drive from Auroville and Pondicherry City Centre.
Each room has been designed and created by various artists, designers and architects from all over the world, creating an immense variety of atmospheres, styles and architecture. The result is an intricate blend of modern yet ancient, contemporary and traditional as well as conceptual houses. Each room is fitted with A/C, attached bathroom and garden view.
The resort has a pool and an access to private beach area.
Breakfast and dinner will be served at the restaurant which offers a vegetarian traditional Indian and continental dishes.
A healing centre which provides Ayurveda treatments and massages is operating at the resort.

Yotam Agam
For the last 20 years Yotam has been expanding his practice and explored the the many layers it has to offer.
Using Ashtanga as his main practice, Yotam has been developing a practice that is based on the soft side of an intense practice.
Being a musician and sound explorer his practices utilize various technique of listening and hearing, blending Music, Sounds and silent meditative technique along side deep movement awareness.
Yotam deep connection and understanding India is reflected in his teachings and simplify the obvious of this beautiful country.
