The 5 Elements
5 Elements
The 5 Elements is an immersive seminar weaving together yoga, breath, and sound to connect with the fundamental forces of nature—earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Each session explores one element through movement, meditative soundscapes, and intentional stillness, guiding participants into deeper embodiment, awareness, and balance.
Join us for a one-week immersion exploring Sound, Music and Voice as an essential dimension in yoga and meditation. The seminar is led by facilitators with extensive experience and background, Aurelio from Svaram and Yotam Agam from Trini.
It offers an in-depth exploration of sound as a powerful tool for deepening presence, awareness, and connection in your practice.
Throughout the week, we will explore how sound bridges the physical, emotional, and subtle layers of our being. You’ll learn how to integrate music, voice, and vibration into your personal practice and teaching.
Whether you are new to sound work or deepening your expertise, this experience will expand your understanding of sound as a practice and as presence.
This is more than a seminar - it is a sonic journey back to your essence.
Participants will leave this workshop equipped with practical tools to harness the power of sound for balance, transformation, and holistic well-being. Whether for personal practice or professional application, this immersive experience will enhance your ability to create harmonizing sound-scapes that enhance individual and group sessions.
