Auroville was founded in 1968 by Mirra Alfassa (known as "The Mother"), who carried on the legacy of the philosopher Sri Aurobindo. Auroville is a kind of global village, where people from all over the world live together in ecological harmony and spiritual unity.
We will be staying at Afsanah, a peaceful guesthouse in Kottakarai forest. The place has a beautiful Japanese design and features a Zen garden, a swimming pool, and air-conditioned rooms.
We will start our day with yoga practice, meet locals, immerse in the local atmosphere, and become an Aurovilian for five days.

Inspired by rich culture and flavors, tropical nature, yoga and music, we will experience and deepen inside and out in the Dune Eco Village which is 20 minutes drive from Pondicherry City Centre.
It features a pool and a private beach area.
Rooms are uniquely designed, fusing traditional and modern architecture, fitted with A/C, attached bathroom and garden view.

Chennai is the capital city of Tamil Nadu. The city is known as the gateway to the south tropics.
Chennai is renowned for its rich cultural heritage, including a legacy of music, dance, and theater that has been preserved to this day.
We will stay at the Raintree Hotel, located in the city center.
We will immerse ourselves in the vibrant energy of the city, experiencing it like only a local resident can. We will practice yoga in a local studio, visit temples, and be exposed to the local culture.
We will experience through our senses – listen, see, taste, smell, and feel – to truly experience the essence of the city.
